Try this first

  1. Stay calm: authorisations are done, only the batch confirmation hangs
  2. Test internet from the terminal, usually lost link or DNS
  3. Try a manual settle from the terminal menu
  4. If that fails, call the acquirer for a remote re-injection
  5. Keep the failed batch printout, acquirer can trace it

When to bring us in

Fails several days in a row? Certificate expired or MID blocked, escalate to the acquirer.
