Try this first
- Stay calm: authorisations are done, only the batch confirmation hangs
- Test internet from the terminal, usually lost link or DNS
- Try a manual settle from the terminal menu
- If that fails, call the acquirer for a remote re-injection
- Keep the failed batch printout, acquirer can trace it
When to bring us in
