Try this first

  1. First check the refund slip: is there an approval code?
  2. No approval code means the refund was never accepted, redo it
  3. With approval code: 1-5 working days, depends on customer bank
  4. Customer in store? Show the slip, that is proof it was sent
  5. Do not refund again manually or you double the credit

When to bring us in

Approval code confirmed but nothing after 5 working days? Customer must raise it with their own bank as a chargeback.
