Try this first
- Open Teams or Zoom and go to the audio and video settings.
- Speak out loud. See the mic bar move? Good.
- Open or turn on your camera and check the preview appears.
- Test the speaker with the test-tone button.
- Do this 5 minutes before the day's first call, not 30 seconds.
