For senders above 5000 mails/day, Gmail and Yahoo require a working List-Unsubscribe-Post header per RFC 8058.

Try this first
- ESP setting: enable 1-click unsubscribe
- Header List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click must be present
- Clicking unsubscribe in Gmail must process within 2 days
- Test with your own Gmail account before going wide
