Try this first
- Site plan: HubSpot and Mailchimp integrations are native, pick those if CRM matches
- Otherwise use Make or Zapier: Webflow trigger 'New Form Submission' to CRM action
- More advanced: set form-action to your own webhook (server route that POSTs to CRM)
- Test with a dummy lead, confirm it lands in CRM with the right fields
