Try this first
- During a call disable the second monitor (unplug cable or disable in display settings) and see if it changes.
- Toggle hardware acceleration in Teams or Zoom on/off, sometimes the opposite of default helps.
- Check the dock: a DisplayLink-based USB-C dock routes via CPU and adds lag, a real DP-MST dock does not.
- Disable background blur or virtual background during share calls, it is the heaviest filter in any client.
