Voicemail-to-email is not arriving or lands in spam

PBX sends mail from its own domain, SPF/DKIM/DMARC must be set.

Try this first

  1. At PBX provider, check which sender domain is used
  2. Extend SPF with PBX IP or include
  3. Better: SMTP relay via your own mail server with auth
  4. Test to Gmail and Outlook, they can filter differently
