Try this first
- Certified (geijkt, NMi mark) scale required for selling by weight
- Coupling via serial (RS232) or LAN, both need driver config
- Price-per-kilo per item in POS, scale sends weight
- Sync PLU codes between scale and POS
- Schedule annual recertification, otherwise inspection fine
