Try this first

  1. Define 3 to 5 segments, not 30.
  2. Check your POS exports segments to your mail tool (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  3. Write one message per segment, test on a small group.
  4. Track open and click, scale only what works.

When to bring us in

If you want to go deeper, a real CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce SMB) is more realistic than POS reporting. But for most retailers it is overkill.
