Try this first
- Install Microsoft Authenticator first. Changing MFA after signing in elsewhere drops you into a re-prompt loop.
- Add your work account in Authenticator via the QR code shown by your admin or the Microsoft portal.
- Install Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive from the official store. Sign in everywhere with the same work email.
- On iOS, use the Microsoft apps rather than the built-in Mail app. Saves a lot of policy friction.
- Allow push notifications for Authenticator when prompted, otherwise MFA prompts never arrive.
