Try this first
- For Teams hybrid, add SRV for _sip._tls and _sipfederationtls._tcp
- For XMPP, _xmpp-client._tcp and _xmpp-server._tcp
- Format: priority weight port target, target ends with a dot
- Test with dig SRV _service._proto.yourdomain.nl
