A meeting room accepts double bookings or rejects everything

Room mailboxes have booking policies. Default is AutoAccept, but settings can be reversed.

Try this first

  1. Open Exchange admin > Resources > Rooms
  2. Check 'Booking options': AutoAccept on, no conflicts allowed
  3. Set working days and hours so out-of-hours requests are rejected
  4. Test with a sample booking, check the room calendar accepts it

When to bring us in

If delegates must approve: enable Manual processing and fill in the delegate list.
