Try this first
- Pick Entra Connect Sync (server) or Entra Cloud Sync (agent)
- For SMB with one forest, Cloud Sync is usually enough and simpler
- Enable Password Hash Sync, optionally Pass-through Auth or ADFS
- Plan staged rollout: filter first by OU, then expand
