WooCommerce orders do not become invoices in Yuki automatically

Yuki expects UBL or a standardised invoice format, not the raw Woo order. The bridging plugin or UBL export is often missing.

support/boekhouding-koppelingen/woocommerce-yuki-koppelingsteps: 4

Try this first

  1. Install a UBL export plugin on WooCommerce and validate the output against UBL 2.1
  2. Send invoices to Yuki via mail-to-Yuki or via the API, not both
  3. Make sure customer number or email is consistent, otherwise Yuki creates duplicates
  4. Periodically scan for orders without an invoice in Yuki

When to bring us in

If WooCommerce tax calculation is unreliable, fix it in Woo first and not in Yuki.
