Deal won in Pipedrive but no invoice in Exact

Try this first

  1. Open the Zapier task history or integration log for the error
  2. Verify the Pipedrive client has an organisation, not just a person
  3. Fill required fields in the integration mapping (VAT, billing address, payment terms)
  4. Test with a dummy deal that the flow works again
