Access Reviews make guests or their sponsor periodically confirm access is still needed. No confirm = auto-removed.

Try this first

  1. Entra > Identity Governance > Access Reviews
  2. Review on all guests, quarterly
  3. Reviewer: the inviter, fallback tenant owner
  4. Auto-apply: remove if no response within 14 days
